Shipping
- Orders will be insured and shipped by UPS or USPS
- Tracking number will be provided.
- FREE STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING on orders over $150 shipped only within the continental US/contiguous United States.
- Alaska & Hawaii-Flat Rate Shipping of $30 plus 30% of total purchase (limited to a max % fee of $90).
- No International orders and shipping at this time.
- We have a 24–48-hour processing time for orders before shipping to allow credit cards to clear.
Refund & Return Policy
Color Palette wants you to be happy with your purchase of our pottery, so we strive to make our refund and return policy easy for the customer.
Damages: We take great care in packaging your order for shipping, however occasionally your product may be damaged during shipping. If that occurs, please notify us within 48 hours and keep all packaging material and pieces since it will be needed for inspection in filing a claim with the shipper. We will need you to send us pictures of the box, label, packaging and pottery. We will send you a replacement if available or issue a full refund including any shipping and handling charges you may have incurred. Please note that Polish Pottery is handmade, and hand painted so variations in color and pattern lends to its uniqueness and is not considered a manufacturing defect or damage.
Returns/Exchanges: If your purchase is not damaged, but you are not happy with your pottery piece for any reason, you can return for a refund or exchange within 30 days. All you need to do is to follow the below steps which apply to all returns:

- Let us know if you wish a refund or exchange.
- Please do not use the items and ensure all original stickers remain on the items you wish to return.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Ensure the return package is insured.
- Shipping fees on original order are non-refundable. If the original order qualifies for free shipping, there will be a $15 restocking fee to cover our shipping expense.
- There will be a 2.5% fee on total order value to cover credit card charge expense.
